Hydraulic Press Manufacturer · since 1964

not just presses,

From 70 to 7,000 tonnes; with deep drawing, forming, cutting and hot presses we produce sound solutions for demanding processes. The pioneer of hydraulic press manufacture in Turkey.

Our solutions
About Us

We do not just build presses — we deliver solutions.

Founded in İstanbul in 1964, ÖZKOÇ builds hydraulic presses at its Hadımköy factory for customers on 5 continents — from die design to PLC software, under one roof.

Under one roof

Design, frame manufacture, hydraulic and electrical assembly, software and commissioning — all of it within ÖZKOÇ’s own teams. Requests specific to a process are not a “deviation from the standard” but a design input.

Quality is proven before delivery

  1. 01

    At design

The frame and bolster calculations are verified before manufacture begins; the critical dimensions are fixed at the design stage.

  2. 02

    In manufacture

Because the welded frame and the machining are done in our own workshops, intermediate inspection is not handed over to a supplier.

  3. 03

    At acceptance

Before delivery the press is run in our own plant and tested against its tonnage, stroke and cycle figures.

After Sales

When the press is delivered, the job is not over.

The economic life of a hydraulic press runs to decades. We commission the presses we build on site, train the team that will use them, and meet maintenance, breakdown and modernisation requests throughout the life of the machine.

  1. 01CommissioningInstallation of the press on site, checking of the hydraulic and electrical connections, and running it under production conditions.
  2. 02Operator trainingOn-site training for the team who will use the machine, covering operation, setting and safety rules.
  3. 03Breakdown responseOn notification of a stoppage, our technical team responds remotely or on site.
  4. 04Overhaul and modernisationRenewal of the hydraulic, electrical and control systems of older presses that are still in service.
  5. 05Spare partsSupply of original parts specified in the press’s own project.
  6. 06A solution for an existing machineEven if the press on site is another manufacturer’s, we examine the machine in place and explain what can be done on the hydraulic, electrical and control side.
  7. 07A solution for the production processWe assess your part, your die and your existing line together, and produce press and automation solutions that will improve your production process.

The job does not end when the press is delivered

From the first quotation to years afterwards

The relationship begins with a quotation: we talk through your part, your material and your cycle target; the technical quotation is prepared with tonnage, bolster and stroke figures. Design, frame manufacture, hydraulic and electrical assembly, software and acceptance testing all run under one roof — your contact does not change at any stage in between.

The file does not close once the press has been installed and commissioned on site and your team has been trained. The economic life of a hydraulic press runs to decades, and throughout that time maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts and modernisation are handled from the same place. When you ask for a spare part, we hold the record of which project the press was calculated for and which part was fitted; older presses still in service go back into production after their hydraulic, electrical and control sides have been renewed. In other words, the relationship is measured not by a sale but by the life of the machine.

The right part, from the right project

Please send us the following when you request a part

Serial number
It is on the machine plate — it lets us match the part to the project
Year of manufacture
If the serial number cannot be read, it narrows down the match
Part description
Its name, its position or, if you have it, the part number
Photograph
A photograph of the part and of the plate speeds up the match

Why an original part

  • On a hydraulic press the cylinders, valves and sealing elements are selected according to the tonnage of the press and its cycle regime.
  • An equivalent part may work in the short term.
  • But it can change the cycle time, the oil temperature and the behaviour of the safety functions.
  • For a spare part, we hold the record of which project the press was calculated for and which part was fitted.
