ÖZKOÇ

Hydraulic Press Manufacturing — Under One Roof

ÖZKOÇ has manufactured hydraulic presses in İstanbul since 1964. Everything happens under one roof at the Hadımköy plant: design, welded-frame fabrication, machining, hydraulic and electrical assembly, PLC/HMI software, acceptance testing and on-site commissioning. The range runs from 70 to 7,000 tonnes; a press is not picked from a catalogue — it is sized to the part.

Why manufacture under one roof?

A press loses its quality not in any single stage but in the handovers between stages: the tolerance of an outsourced welded frame is carried into machining, the assumptions of outsourced software into commissioning. When every stage lives in the same factory, each stage's output is the measured input of the next — and responsibility is never split.

The manufacturing stages

What kinds of presses do we build?

Deep drawing, forming, cutting and transfer presses, plus hot moulding presses for SMC/BMC, composites, silicone, brake linings, melamine and ballistic plates — all 16 press families. We serve automotive, defence, cookware, metalworking, construction, healthcare and energy, and export on five continents.

Custom manufacturing: a non-standard request is not a deviation

A request with non-standard tonnage, bolster or process is a design input for us. Even if the press on your floor is another maker's, we inspect the machine in place and tell you what can be done on the hydraulic, electrical and control side. What drives the price is explained in the frequently asked questions.
